Rating Assessment: To be assessed.
Terms: The unit is to let on a new full repairing and
insuring lease by way of a service charge for a term to beagreed subject to
upward only rent reviews every five years. The lease will exclude the security
oftenure provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 Part II.
Rental: £38,500 per annum exclusive.
Legal Costs: Both parties legal costs to be borne by
the ingoing.
